    Your responsibilities will be:

     

    • Achieve sales, customer service and performance targets using standard company procedures
    • Handle outbound and/or inbound customer sales and service contacts, exploring ????? ????? sales opportunities in accordance with standard procedures on every call.
    • Identify customer needs through standard questioning techniques, product usage analysis and provide product/service information to enable the customer to make an appropriate decision.
    • Maintain accurate call ????? ????? by checking and maintaining customer information in accordance with contracts using standard systems and/or processes.
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders.

     

    To be successful in the role you will have:

    • Demonstrated ability to adhere to timetables
    • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
    • A positive "CAN DO" attitude and a will to succeed
    • A strong work ethic and adaptable to change
    • Proven sales experience and a drive to go above and beyond your sales targets
    • The flexibility to work Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between 8 am - 6 pm

     

    Previous experience in a call ????? ????? would be highly regarded but not essential as comprehensive training is provided.
