You can expect on a daily basis to receive inbound calls from existing customers and you will be responsible for providing our customers with a truly integrated telecommunication solution across fixed lines, mobiles, pay TV and Internet

  What we require from you

• Proven sales and customer service experience;
• Availability to work shifts between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday 
• A passion to succeed in a sales and customer service environment
• Passion to exceed your customer’s expectations
• Sensational negotiation and communication skills
• The ability to work with many different products
• A “can-do” attitude and a passion for sales
