Assistant State Manager – Women’s fashion brand

This successful women’s retailer is one of the most established within the fashion industry. With over 150 stores they continue to expand both nationally and internationally whilst maintaining their now well know chic and fashionable flair.

Reporting to the State Manager, this newly created role will be critical to assist in making their plan a reality. You will have direct accountability for all aspects of achievement of sales and managing expenses along with the teams training, development and performance. You understand the importance of store visual presentation as well as managing all aspects of inventory. You will have 3 Area Managers reporting to you overseeing 36 stores in Melbourne.

 

You are currently a multi site manager who loves working at a fast pace and are an inspirational leader who the team can look to for support and guidance. You lead by example and have a coaching and mentor leadership style.

 

Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of your mind as is your ability to drive sales to exceed targets. No issue is too big! You use your initiative to find solutions. You can multi task and have fine tuned organisational skills which is essential to the success of this role and in opening new stores.
