We are seekingProduct Specialists for the Flooring ????? ?????, Plumbing Department and Kitchen Design Area at ourPreston store.Product Specialistsareaccountable for provide specialist product advice to customers and ensure a high standard of customer service and presentation of products in the store.

Key responsibilities of Product Specialists include:

• Ensuring ????? ????? and safety of all store associates, customers and contractors within their department


• Provide specialist product advice to customers regarding landscaping and impart product knowledge to team members


• Ensure a high standard of customer service and presentation of products in the store in order to maximise sales and exceed customer service expectations

We are seeking experienced Product Specialists for the following areas of our stores:

• Plumbing


• Flooring


• Kitchen Design

To be considered for this position you will be able to demonstrate capability in the following:

• Ability to be available for work across the 7 days of the week which may include evenings and late nights and some public holidays


• Previous demonstrated experience in a retail, sales or industry role in the above product categories


• Demonstrate a strong customer focus and competently deal with customer queries and complaints


• Work in a fast-paced team environment


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• An eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results


• Prioritise workload to effectively meet deadlines


• Be self motivated and show initiative


• Ability to drive sales and a passion for home improvement


• Project a professional image at all times
