You will have a strong customer service ethic and a commitment to supporting your team with all aspects of sales co-ordination. The successful candidate will have a high level of professionalism and dedication in addition to the following experience, skills and personality traits; A minimum of 6 months administration/sales support experience ideally within the print industry Ability to keep up with a fast paced role and able to juggle several tasks at once Solid computer skills and knowledge in MS Word and Excel Excellent presentation Ability to contribute to the team and be highly motivated In this role, you will be responsible for the following duties; Sales support to the New Business Executives and Account Managers Organise reports and production progress information material for client and sales staff viewing Assist in the delivery and collection of project material and proofs where necessary Assist in the reviewing and implementation of project schedules to the production department Create project estimates in conjunction with sales executive or account management instruction Costing and invoicing each month to assist in the organising of project briefs to relevant department heads in conjunction with sales staff Achieve and exceed all monthly sales based KPI's including sales budget targets for internal house accounts Attend weekly sales support meetings with the Sales Manager and group training sessions Ad-hoc duties as required In return our client is offering ????? ????? salary of between $30K and $35K inclusive of super.
