Retail Sales Assistant and Buyer Cash Converters is Australia’s largest second-hand goods dealer and short term lender, with a network of over 140 stores across Australia. Right now we are looking for energetic and career focused people who love a challenge to join our dynamic team. Our Mt Druitt and new Campbelltown stores require a Buys and Loans Assistant to work in its Buys and Loans department as well as vibrant Retail Sales Assistants to work on the showroom floor. The Buys and Loans room is the heart of a Cash Converters store and offers a unique service to its customers to help them get on with their lives. Customers may want to sell their goods to us or they may require the use of our pawn broking service to take loans against their goods. Our stores carry a diverse range of products, more so than any other style of business. This makes for an interesting and challenging working environment. As a Buyer and Sales Assistant you would need to have the following skills and attributes: * Great negotiating skills. * Superb communication skills. * A professional manner. * Be able to use a computer. * Follow procedures accurately and be methodical in your approach. * Keeping stock and shelving clean * Merchandising stock * Assisting with general retail duties required * Working as part of a team Experienced retail and customer service applicants need only apply... The positions available are on a full time basis and also the applicants must be flexible as there will be weekend work involved. On the job training will be provided.
